Teaming up while having fun and exploring one of the beauties become a UNESCO World Heritage site, this is Team Building with Cinque Terre Outdoor.
During our Team Building, two teams in collaboration with each other and not in competing ones against the other - as would typically happen in competition -, plan, and coordinates to reach a series of POIs and then alternate in the discovery of the Marine Protected Area.
The main topics of the Team Building will be: Communication, roles definition, and leadership, study, predicting and planning, orientation, and acting as a real team.
At the end of the activity, a pleasant moment of leisure and tasting of typical products.
